At Handprint, an early-stage startup revolutioizing hiring with the science of engagement, I work as a fractional team member connecting the dots between product and communications. So
✴ Develop communication strategy and messaging architecture

✴ Translate product roadmap to audience and funnel into an omni-channel marketing strategy
On the brand side at Out of the Woods, I am the marketing point person for this sustainable goods brand. Some of my roles:
✴ Map out tactical strategic plan translating business objectives and brand vision into marketing channels
✴ Lead creative strategy for content development across all channels
✴ Completed 2 full website redesigns (1 with developers and 1 solo customizing Shopify site)
✴ Execute organic social and email marketing campaigns
On the product marketing team at Brilliant Earth, I connected our creative and development teams. Some of what I accomplished:
✴ Managed product releases and quality assurance
✴ Conducted in-depth market research to inform product strategy
✴ Collaborated with sales, operations, and development teams to build virtual appointments in response to COVID-19
On the marketing team at hydroponic vertical farming AgTech startup, I worked closely with product to coordinate a sustainable packaging redesign
